The EASIEST way to destress before and exam!

We all get nervous on the day of an exam no matter how much we prepare. We fear the unknown however I've found something that you can use to help you deal with this.
Now this is going to sound ridiculously simple but that’s because it is. Get yourself an orange. Now about 15 minutes before your exam just take the orange and pass it between your hands or throw it up and catch it. It doesn’t have to just be an orange any round fruit will do. When you do this your mind can’t help but focus on what you're doing with your hands. Now just to be clear this isn’t going to take away all stress especially if you haven’t done the right amount of revision, but it will definitely help you to calm down beforehand and put you into a better mood for it.
Additional tip is to eat the orange. Eating before a stressful situation helps the mind to relax. Not only does it release serotonin which helps you calm down and feel more relaxed, but you won’t feel very hungry or tired in the exam as fruit is filled with vitamins, minerals and glucose.
That’s it! Make sure you try it out for your next exam as being that little bit calmer can make all the difference.
